The youth fellowship group goes by the name CIA (Christians in Action).  They meet every Sunday evening from 6:30 - 8:30 pm under the leadership of staff member Tim Klein.  The mission of this group is to make disciples of Jesus Christ of the youth in this community who will impact the world through weekly youth meetings, youth retreats and fellowship events.

 

Impact is the name of the Sunday School class for high school students.  This group meets to spur spiritual growth in high school students by looking at God's Word and spiritual growth topics.

 

The Sunday School Class for middle school students has been called Salt and Light to reflect their mission to help young teenagers have a positive impact on the world around them on through their adult years.

 

Several musical ministry opportunities are available for youth. 

Many youth from around the area and from other churches participate each year in Summer Theatre.  2010 will mark the thirtieth year that a musical will be performed.  Previous productions have included Children of Eden, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Wizard of Oz, Fiddler on the Roof and Narnia.  SHow dates for the 2010 performances of Godspell will be August 4-14.  For more information click here.

 

The Company of Praise is a collection of vocalists and instrumentalists from 7th grade into post high.  In addition to singing once a month in a worship service, this group performs local concerts and takes an annual mission/concert trip, often to another state.  For more information click here.
