Our Library

The library at Stewartstown United Methodist Church is available for all to use.    You may check out books for free, read them and return when you are finished.  Over the last 2 years we have been entering the information for all of our library materials into a computer system so that it will be easier for you to know what we have in our collection and find it quickly. You can search for a book by a specific author, the title of the book, or a certain topic. The link below will allow you to search to learn what is currently available in our collection.

Library Home Delivery 


Need a book to read, but you don't want to venture out?  Problem solved!  The Stewartstown U.M. Church library will deliver books to your home & pick them up when you are finished.  All you have to do is ask!  Books will be selected by someone wearing a mask & gloves and put into a sealed bag to keep them safe.  Deliveries and pickups will be made on Thursdays.  You can select a specific book by looking on our church's library website, or just give us the name of a favorite author or subject you are interested in and we will select a book or two for you.
Call the church office at 717-993-2507 and leave your name and phone number.  
The librarian will return your call.
